No Surprises. All essential costs involved with finding tenants and managing your property are included in our flat monthly management fee structure. When maintenance issues arise, we have qualified outside suppliers which we utilize to maintain, clean and repair your property as needed. Meridian does not charge extra for services perform. We are also more than happy to work with your own preferred service providers if you so desire.
Convenience. We utilize the most up to date management software which allows us to accurately track all aspects of your tenants and your property and provide you with a monthly statement of your account. We will also provide you with a year- end statement for your taxes.
Communication. We believe in communication and will keep you updated on any issues that may arise. Until your property is rented, we will contact you weekly to inform you of the status and activity regarding potential tenants.
Care. We recognize that your property is an asset and thus keep it maintained as if it were our own.
Transparency. You have 24/7 secured access to your property information anywhere there is an internet connection.
