• 1 bed Condo/Studio - $150
• 2 bed Condo - $170
• 3+ bed Condo - $190
• Single Family Detached Homes – $225 monthly

9. Collection of rents and secured electronic transfers for both owners and tenants.
10. 24/7 Emergency Hotline
11. Detailed Monthly Statement defining all activities
12. Year End Statement which can be given directly to your accountant
13. Secured access to information about your property 24/7 from anywhere with an internet connection

In addition, there is a one-time new tenant set up fee of $500.00 each time a new tenant is placed.

• Evictions – Client pays for outside eviction service. Meridian Property Management Inc. represents client at no additional cost.
